With over 21 years experience in developing and implementation of Quality Assurance Programs, I am also a qualified Project Management Professional, and have proven over the years my ability to build strong relationships with management, colleagues, workers, clients, government departments and consultants.
Tools and systems focused I have managed quality records, developed and improved project management plans, automating the collation of data and sampling to reduce error rates. I devised processes to address non-conformance, negotiating and influencing stakeholders to achieve outcomes, often with tight budgets and always within set timeframes.
I developed robust solutions to problems – using the Risk Based Thinking approach to ensure that the issues that were prioritised were those that most impacted the business. Also developed process using Lean Proccess Principles with predetermined KPI’s, improving responsiveness to a wide range of quality risks and issues.
