My services encompass all aspects of quality management. I build quality systems for the first time and bring you to certification. Working as part of your team, I bring over 12 years of compliance experience, quality assurance experience, and customer support management. My specialities are ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, product durability and human factors testing, non conformance testing and data security compliance. ISO Terms Explained
To the novice quality manager, ISO jargon can be extremely overwhelming. What is an NCR? What do you mean by OFI? Are we certified or accredited?
