LRQA is currently seeking professional Trainers to deliver external training courses to our clients.

You will deliver training to our clients, in both open-enrolment and in-company classes, on topics related to the Food Safety Modernization Act. The training is conducted according to a lesson plan and you will provide in-class evaluation and grade student examinations. This role is home based requiring extensive travel throughout the U.S. and possibly internationally.

Desired experience as a compensated, professional or corporate trainer and/or university-level professor or adjunct faculty.

Teaching skills should include curricula development and student assessment, oral communication, writing and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of diverse, constructive and effective teaching methods and group facilitation.

Computer literacy and the ability to assimilate new information technologies, as needed, along with familiarity teaching in eLearning and/or virtual training environments is preferred.

Familiarity with the use of accelerated or experiential, adult learning methods is welcome.

Candidate must be a Lead Instructor qualified by the FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance) to teach courses required under the FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act), 21 CFR 117, for PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) -HF (human food), -AF (animal food), FSVP (Foreign Suppliers Verification Program) and / or IA (Intentional Adulteration).
